TROY:   A woman in a Waffle House in Troy displayed a need for the taser by the Waffle House Staff and a lesson in anger management.

The woman apparently upset over having to wait for food got upset and threw items at the staff of Waffle House and threw items over the counter. The incident was caught on video tape and is on youtube via the Troy Messenger.
