Walton County Man Charged with Methamphetamine Possession

On February 8^th, 2013 at approximately 9:15 AM, a Holmes County Deputy on patrol in the Prosperity Community observed a Chevrolet Blazer driving recklessly.  The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, 32 year-old Nicholas Earl Jimmerson of Defuniak Springs.  During the stop the deputy obtained consent to search the vehicle.  The deputy then located a bag of methamphetamine inside the vehicle.  Jimmerson was placed under arrest for possession of controlled substance (methamphetamine) Jimmerson was transported to the Holmes County Jail to await his court appearance
