DOTHAN: Watch the parking lot on the north side of North Oates and Troy Street. Watch this old Chevrolet Caprice that belongs to the State of Alabama, assigned to Parole and Probation.
The tires are flat and the car has been sitting there. It is not the local office of Parole and Probation. It is the fault of the Alabama Legislature. They spent all of the money remodeling their Montgomery Palace at the State House then where the money is needed.
Dothan Police, are you going to treat this old trashy car as you do the citizens?
