The investigation uncovered materials used in the creation of methamphetamine, chemicals that indicated an active methamphetamine lab, and narcotic paraphernalia was present in the vehicle.

Rushing and Vanderecken were charged with Possession of Meth with Intent to Sell, Manufacture or Deliver, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana less than 20 grams, Trafficking in Methamphetamine 14 grams or over, Possession of Narcotic Equipment, and Distributing Listed Chemical for Manufacturing.
