Well Arrested Again

HENRY COUNTY:     Some years ago Attorney Sam Adams, who served as an Alabama State Senator gave me advice. “ If I do not get complaints on my investigator, then my investigator is not doing his job”.

Adams was the son of Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court Judge Forrest Adams. Sam has since passed away himself.

I have always remembered those comments, and they are very true in regards to someone who does what I do for a living.

Another person that meant a lot to me in my life also made a couple of comments that have always struck with me. That person was Sheriff A.B. Clark. “When you are out front folks will be shooting at you, and when people talk about you, make sure they get your name correct and remember you are giving someone else a break”.

Well, I must do a good job as an investigator and in the news. Because someone is always complaining about me.

And on Monday I was arrested in Henry County on a warrant of arrest signed by Brittany Thornton. Thornton is the mother of the children of Fletcher Marx Henderson.

Henderson once worked for me in the bonding business. Henderson did a bond on Bruce Burley in Dale County for Domestic Violence. I learned later that Henderson and Burley were talking about going into the bonding business. ( In the trial it will probably come out how I learned of this. )

 I confronted Marx. I fired Marx.

Once I terminated Marx he hooked up with Bruce Burley. They opened a bonding business called A  - Ability Bonding in competition with A – Advantage Bonding.

Well it was Marx Henderson’s mother of his children which obtained the arrest warrant on me. The allegations are that:

“on or about October 20, 2014, with the intent to harass, annoy or alarm another person, to wit Brittany Dawn Thornton, either , direct  a , threat, verbal or non verbal, to with: speeding behind victim at a high rate of speed, honking horn while flicking his middle finger while speeding up and slowing down for approximately 20 – 25 minutes until she reached US Hwy. 431 at which suspect flew around victim at a high rate of speed continuing to honk horn and flicking middle finger. With the intent to carry out threat toward another person, to wit: Brittany Dawn Thornton, a reasonable person and target of the threat, causing him/her to fear for their safety, in violation of 13A-011-008(A).”

Agents who work with Marx Henderson started sending text messages and pictures of the warrants to agents who work with me asking if their boss was in jail and laughing on the text.

I was then notified by Henry County Sheriff Department of the warrant, I immediately drove to Henry County Jail where I was booked into the jail for Harassment and made bond and left. A court date of November 7 has been set. That is probably arraignment date and the trial date will be set later.

I stand NOT GUILTY. The court in Henry County is a fair court and I expect a fair trial and expect to be found not guilty.

I expect that Brittany Dawn Thornton will be found to have filed a false police report and committed perjury in this complaint against me.

I stand firm and solid, I am NOT GUILTY, and even further I was not even in Henry County on October 20, 2014. In addition, I met Thornton once or twice when Marx worked for me. However I would not know her if she walked into my office and would have no reason to follow her or flick her off. She means nothing to me and does not concern me at all.

In addition, Marx Henderson and Bruce Burley and their new bonding company is of no concern to me. Competition is healthy and makes other businesses healthy and step up their operation. I do not care about them one bit.

IN COURT

In District Court there is not a court reporter. I will employ a court reporter to take Thornton and any other witnesses sworn  testimony down under penalties of perjury. And when the trial is over, I will push to the full extent of legally possible, civil and criminally, charges against Thornton and others involved.

This is a fabricated and bogus charge and an out right lie.

SOMETHING ABOUT RICKEY STOKES

A lot of people dislike me, And most who do hate me, have never met me personally and do not know me except for the web site.

I stand for the  person and will fight the giant for that person. And most heat that I take is for someone else and not for me.

I can not control what people think of me. Just like I can not control Thornton being a liar and filing a false report. But that is the heat I take for what I do.

But GOD gave me a strong backbone.
