ALABAMA:   While Alabama Governor Robert Bentley and Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange have issued letters to local Sheriff’s and District Attorney’s on gambling, it seems that this could lead to other investigations.

It seems there could be some locals in the law enforcement/prosecutions willing to begin criminal investigations involving the state officials.

Those investigations could include members of the Executive Branch of Government.

What locals across Alabama are telling me, is, if the Alabama Governor and Attorney General want to keep on with their political bull, they are prepared to conduct the investigations. But they will not stop at just the misdemeanor gambling. The investigations will have far reaching impact.

The Sheriff’s of Alabama and District Attorney General’s Of Alabama do not take lightly the threats from Luther Strange and Robert Bentley of impeachment. These locals will do their job. And have no hesitation in doing their job. But they do not take lightly the threats from Bentley and Strange.

But as Bentley and Strange attempt to throw their weight around, the local Sheriff and District Attorney’s are prepared to do their job. And it will just begin with electronic bingo and not end there.

And these investigations could have far reaching impact, even into officials who have left political office.

While some of the offenses mentioned to me by law enforcement and prosecutors include the following, some also include reverse mortgage fraud conducted by some state officials.

These allegations have been forwarded to major media corporations in Montgomery and Lee County, but as we are told none have the backbone to do actual investigative news articles. Those media outlets include but are not limited to Montgomery Advertiser, WSFA, Opelika/Auburn News. According to sources these media entities are intimidated by those in power.

TO THE MEDIA OUTLETS:   Allegations have been presented to you. And each of you are large media entities. It is your duty and obligation to look into the allegations presented. And failure to do so means you are not living up to your obligations to the public. In other words, you are just like the corrupt public officials.

We also understand that Auburn Police Officers are really upset over a recent child porn investigation they were working. It seems that some higher powers halted that investigation. While I am not in Auburn to run this information down, the media that covers that area have been placed on notice, as I understand.

While the Attorney General has the authority to convene Special Grand Juries, he has forgotten one thing. Local District Attorney’s also possess that same power. They can empanel Grand Juries to investigate matters.

We have also been told of a recent termination in the Alabama Attorney General Office. A conversation between Attorney General Luther Strange and a powerful state official took place. According to sources, we are told Strange implied to the powerful person the employee needed to quietly leave…or else.

We are told the powerful Alabama Official told Strange where to go…and it was not to Shoney’s!!!!

Following that conversation Strange terminated that employee and has filed ethic complaints against them.

It seems Strange that Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange is focused on anyone that could be a potential opponent for Alabama Governor in 2018.

We have also received and confirmed that a female that was hired by Luther Strange in the Special Prosecution Unit is the same female that misconduct was alleged with in the Don Siegelman Trial. It was alleged that former FBI Agent Keith Baker had an affair, while married, with this person involved in the Don Siegelman trial.

Note – when Baker left the FBI Office he was hired by Luther Strange, assigned to the Special Prosecution Unit of the Attorney General’s Office with Matt Hart.

That female went to law school, was hired by Strange, and assigned to the Special Prosecutions unit with Matt Hart and Keith Baker.

Baker was also the lead investigator in the bingo cases. There were allegations that Baker had an affair, while married, with the court reporter of the Federal Grand Jury. Those allegations stopped him from testifying in the bingo trials.

Again, Baker left the FBI, was hired by Luther Strange and assigned to the Special Investigations Unit of the Alabama Attorney General.

So the Sheriff’s and District Attorney’s, as we are told, say, let it begin.

Also to the major media, stop being cowards and do your jobs…. As to the people who alerted me, they have placed you on notice. Grow a backbone and start looking into the allegations and asking officials the tough hard questions. It is your job – MONTGOMERY ADVERTISER, WSFA, AUBURN – OPELIKA NEWS, BIRMINGHAM NEWS… the big guys.
