HOUSTON COUNTY: While the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the State of Alabama and his staff were was to busy to be in Dale County January 29 for 6 days, they will be in Houston County the week of February 19th.
Alabama Attorney General Luther Strange has issued subpeonas for his special Grand Jury the week of February 19th in Houston County. However, when little Ethan was held in an underground bunker in Dale County by a killer, the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of this State of Alabama, Luther Strange nor any member of his staff were in Dale County to assist.
When he runs for office Luther Strange wants to run around this state proclaiming the Attorney General is the "Chief Law Enforcement Officer" of the state. I think all would agree with me, last week with the holding of an innocent 5 year old in an underground bunker by a killer was something the Chief Law Enforcement Officer should have cared about.
It was important enough when the child was rescued for Luther to send a tweet about. And yes, I have checked...Strange nor any member of his staff...they were not on the scene.
UNCONFIRMED reports are Luther was in New Orleans at the Super Bowl. There has been no comment to confirm or deny...and perhaps if he was there could be some pictures. But then again, Strange might not have been at the Super Bowl. But one place he was not, in Dale County where the child was held hostage.
However, in continuing with the $ 100,000.00 campaign donation given by the Indians, and the mandate issued by Bob Riley, Strange will be in Houston County in his special Grand Jury probe. A probe that does not include the money given to the Riley's or Strange.
In my conversation with Houston - Henry County District Attorney Doug Valeska about Grand Juries, the Grand Jury DOES HAVE the power to expand their probe and demand witnesses to be called. Since Strange has called a special Grand Jury, maybe...just maybe someone on that Grand Jury will demand for Sonny Regan, Luther Strange, Bob Riley, Rob Riley and Senator Brian Taylor be required to testify. Seeking answers under oath with a court reporter about many things, to include campaign donations and appointments to office and motivations about their actions.
While Regan is a state employee working for a salary, and required to do what his boss says, Regan worked for Bob Riley and now for Strange. He could probably provide some interesting answers under oath.
The long time serving Houston - Henry County District Attorney Doug Valeska is not in the Attorney General loop. However, Valeska cared enough about the little 5 year old boy held hostage in Dale County by a killer, he sent his victim service's officer to assist with the family. Valeska also contributed money to help off set some costs in emergency expenses in the rescue of this innocent child. A lot more than one could say about the so called "Chief Law Enforcement Officer of the State of Alabama, Luther Strange".
I wish some major media would require Strange to answer...were you in New Orleans at the Super Bowl this past weekend? Where were you during the kidnapping and hostage of this child?
