Suspects (WM) James Arthur Williams (30 years of age) and (WF) Rebecca Pauline Williams (40 years of age) both of Hodgesville Road, showed a pornographic video to their minor child(who is under the age of 17).
Their Reasoning...
- They wanted to show the child (who is handicap) what having sex was like.
- They also used the material so the child would know what they were doing when the bedroom door was closed.
The charge is a misdemeanor offense and will fall under Alabama title 13A-12-200.5 “Material Harmful to a minor” to which bonds are set at $500.
