Wicksburg Man Charged with Two Counts of Second Degree Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument

On March 13, 2013 the Dothan Police Department made a felony arrest following a recent investigation. Investigators say Hunter Middleton went to a local bank on two separate occasions and withdrew money from an account using checks that were unlawfully taken from a car on February 21, 2013. Officers made contact with Middleton at that bank and took him into custody.
- Hunter Bryce Middleton, white male, 18 years of age, of Wicksburg, Alabama was arrested and charged with two counts of second degree Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument with bonds totaling $5,000. All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
