This is a classroom style seminar that was developed by Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training (ALERRT). The course, designed and built on the Avoid, Deny, Defend in 2004, provides strategies, guidance and a proven plan for surviving an active shooter event. Topics include the history and prevalence of active shooter events, the role of professional guardians, civilian response options, and medical issues. Certificates of attendance are given to those that attend.
This course is FREE but registration is required due to limited seating.
