HOUSTON COUNTY: At 2:47 PM Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched fire, rescue amd deputies to a structure fire at 5155 Willie Varnum Road.
The first fire units on the scene reported smoke visible from the garage end and along the roof.
Hodgesville Volunteer Fire is the primary fire engine. There was a fire hydrant in front of the residence.
Assisting Hodgesville Fire are Cottonwood Volunteer Fire, Madrid Volunteer and Lovetown Volunteer Fire. Pilcher's Ambulance is on the scene standing by for safety.
Houston County Sheriff Deputies are also on the scene.
