Members of the Wiregrass Legislative delegation were at the Dothan/Houston County area Chamber of Commerce to give an update on activity in the Alabama legislature and to field questions from those in attendance.
Senator Jimmy Holley was the only member of the delegation who was not present. We were told he had prior commitments.
Rickey Stokes asked members of the delegation to voice their opinions on the costs and actions of Governor Riley's anti-gambling task force.

I personally will VOTE AGAINST any legislator or elected official that does not come out and publicly DENOUNCE the illegal actions of Governor Riley. No more beating around the bush, and trying to play on both sides of the fence. I have had it with the gradual errosion of our freedom and the people who are endorsing such.I just saw this and it shows just how fanatical Bingo Bob has become. t-smith77 - Feb 08 2010 12: AM 11:30
Maybe this group of politicians aren't as slow to answer questions from their constituents as our Houston County Commissioners are!
