Dothan Police Atheltic League, "Wolfpack" boxing team traveled to Pensacola Fl. Thursday night to meet with Roy Jones Sr.’s boxing team, in a "smoker". A smoker is when two ro more teams come together to gain experience and to tune up for an upcoming tournament. Roy Jones team looked strong and well coached, as it always does, but I believe all agreed, the Dothan guy’s came out on top over all.Super heavy weight Cory Lampley, 178 lb Luai Barracat, brother, 154 lb. Nazer Barracat, and 152 lb. Tibray Cousias all had hard fought matches against tough opponents. Head Coach and hall of famer Johnny Trawick, Coach Ozie Bigham, and Coach Richard Swinehart all made the trip to encourage our home town team. GREAT JOB GUY’S!
