Woman Charged with nineteen counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card

On 10/14/2016 Investigators arrested and charged 29 year old Samantha Joanne Dutcher, of Denton Road, with nineteen counts of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. Bond has been set at $19,000.
All persons arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
