Woman Seriously Injured in Escambia County Crash

Escambia County, Florida: Florida Highway Patrol responded to a traffic crash in Escambia County on Thursday at around 10:00 on Scott Street. The traffic crash report shows that a 2005 Mercury was approaching the intersection of Scott Street and County Road 453. It appears that the driver of the Mercury was under the impression that Scott Street and County Road 453 was a fourway intersection. The vehicle continued throught the intersection, jumped a curve and hit a local business. The driver of the vehicle, Julia Kim Williams, 27, of Pensacola, Florida, was seriously injured in the crash. The Florida Highway Patrol continues to investigate the crash.
