Former Dothan attorney Mark Overall was ordered to pay a $50 fine and court costs for resisting arrest.  This all goes back to Overall getting into a situation that didn't make Judge Mike Conaway very happy.  So, Judge Conaway.  found Mark Overall in contempt of court.


However, Overall apparently didn't go peacefully.  So, after he was taken to jail for contempt, Mr. Overall was served with a warrant for resisting arrest. 


We see WDHN has a video (and we have no idea where they got it) of the warrant being served on Overall while he's in jail.
