You Won't Believe This---Prison System At It Again

WDHN's Ken Curtis reports that, for the second time in about as many weeks, former Dothan attorney Mitch McNab has been placed on work release status. He was transferred late last month to a county jail in north Alabama.  However, Rep. Paul Lee balked, the governor's office got involved, and McNab was sent back to prison where he had served only 8 days of a five year sentence.


Now, Ken reports that its happened again and McNab has been placed in a work release center.  The order sending him back to prison occurred on the same day a  new prison commissioner assumed duties in Alabama.  He promised to clean up the corrections mess. Some would argue he's not off to a good start.
