Your help needed in state Medicaid fight

Possible funding cuts to fix Alabama's General Fund Budget has caused many state agencies to worry about how they would operate without the money. The fight to make sure these cuts don't happen is not only in Montgomery, but also here in Dothan.
"A lot of people don't realize that Medicaid is funded through state dollars and federal dollars, so the money the state puts in gets matched by the federal government," said Dr. Michael Ramsey, from the Dothan Pediatric Clinic. "So any cut to Medicaid...it magnifies two or three times those cuts."
