[It is conditional. Seek Him and the LORD is with you. Don't seek Him, He is not with you. [Again, conditional].Proverbs 1:33 But whoso hearkeneth unto me shall dwell safely, and shall be quiet from fear of evil. [Pay attention to Him and you can dwell safely without fear. What happens if you don't pay attention to Him? Just look around you today; it is so obvious].Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
