"ALL DOGS GO TO HEAVEN"

I seen a movie once that was called " all dogs go to heaven" well this morning a little dog named king went to heaven but not in the way that he should have. King was a 6 month old puppy that belonged to my 3 grandchildren. Like most puppies he had a curiosity that sometimes caused him to wonder, which living in the country on goosehollow in Geneva i guess he couldn't tell where one field ended and another started. Today was that case, king had wondered on a neighbor of my sons property, Instead of the neighbor calling my son to come get him or bringing him himself, for he he knew where he belonged he decided to take things in his own hands and handle it another way, that being shooting king in his face at close range, this did not kill the puppy but mangled him very badly. Even as hurt as he was he managed to make his way back home. I guess the man had no clue that shooting this little puppy in the face did not kill him. I once was told that the heart has a strong will to live and king had that will. My grandchildren heard king yelping and looked out the window to see their little dog terribly hurt. Needless to say king had to be put out of his misery. but for 3 children under the age of 7 this left a lasting impression that there are some people that are cruel and have no heart. As this impression will be on my grandchildren's heart and mind I hope the impression of my grandchildren crying over their little dog will be on his..... ( Cody, Dalton and Destiny's grandmother)

Just remember not all humans go to Heaven so -- he'll get his day. I'm so sorry for the loss, losing a dog is sometimes just as bad as losing a child for some people.
