Do you have a few extra pounds you would like to donate?  Take Off Pounds Sensibly will take all of your unwanted, unloved pounds.  
Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) will be holding an Open House on August 15, 2011 at 9:30 at Doug Tew Community Center, 301 Garland St. in Dothan.  TOPS is a non-profit weight loss support group.  Make friends and have fun while losing weight.  
Door prizes will be given away, including 1 free membership. 
Sensible snacks will be served.
