Jonathan Garney , Anthony Pate,Catlin Triay,and Opie Dauphin of Boar Busters Hog Removal got a phone call Dec. 23 for big wild hog rooting up behind a cattle farmers house. We loaded up Dec 26 and met at the cattlemens house. After a brief trip around the place looking for the hogs track from that night nothing was found. We go to an old pond dam and kick the dogs out they hunted an old creek bottom for about a hour and a 1/2 before they found the old boar. After a short race the dogs finally got the hog stopped and held a good solid bay. We get a few things together and head in with the bulldog to get this hog caught and out of this cattlemens woods. After a short 160 yard walk we get to the bay and released the bulldog, CAUGHT HOG we hollered we run in and get the hog killed. The hog weighed in at 280 pound sporting a nice set of tusk.
