ANITA  MURPHY

FOUNTAIN, FL….Anita Murphy, a resident of Fountain, Florida, died Thursday morning, September 22, 2011, in a Dothan hospital. She was 43.

           

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

           

Mrs. Murphy was born and reared near Webb, Alabama and lived in Abbeville, Alabama and Panama City, Florida before moving to Fountain, Florida nine years ago. She was of the Free Will Baptist Faith. Mrs. Murphy was preceded in death by her mother, Jean Stewart Wood and her father, Jack Glover Wood.

 

Surviving relatives include her husband, John Phillip Murphy, Fountain, FL; two daughters, Summer Ketchum, Fountain, FL; and Hailee Murphy and husband, Coleman Tillman, Altha, FL; a son, Christopher Ketchum, Panama City, FL; two sisters, Pam Shelley, Seattle, WA; and Tami German and husband, Mike, Pinckard, AL; four grandchildren, Haylee, Harmony, Stephen and Luke; mother-in-law, Janie Murphy, Abbeville.
