Ann Harris Richardson of Daleville passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at her home.  She was 75. 

Mrs. Richardson was born on January 2, 1939 in Thomasville, North Carolina, to the late Patrick Henry and Carrie Edna Wright Harris.  Ann was a bird lover, and especially enjoyed watching bluebirds and hummingbirds.    She retired after working at Wal Mart for over twenty years.  She loved crocheting, painting, drawing, cooking, shopping, and talking on the phone.  Most of all, she loved her family.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Harris.

Ann in survived by her husband of 55 years, Wendell H. Richardson of Daleville; sons: Timothy Allen Richardson, and his wife, Paula Ann, of Dothan; Patrick Harris Richardson of Chesapeake, Virginia; daughter, Valerie Grey Richardson of Panama City Beach, Florida; grandchildren: Jennifer (David) Norona, Allen Richardson, Jeremiah (Mallory) Richardson, Joshua Stewart, Nicole Armstrong, Crystal Arnold; great-grandchildren: Kaleb Skaggs, Adam Norona, Nynaeve Richardson, Wesley Richardson, Aidan Armstrong, Nadia Armstrong.
