Annette Hixson Ice, age 57 of Enterprise, AL passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014 in Medical Center Enterprise.

Funeral services will be held at Saint Paul CME Church, Shiloh, GA on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. with Reverend John Pollard officiating.  Burial will follow in Pineview Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory on Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.

Annette Hixson Ice was born, June 27, 1956.  Sister Ice accepted Christ in her life at an early age.  She was a member of Church Of Christ in Manchester, GA.  She served in the United States Army as a Master Sergeant for 27years.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Edna Earle Hixson.

She leaves to cherish her memories a devoted husband, Mr. Freddie Lee Ice, Jr. of Enterprise, AL; one son, Cordero Hixson of Enterprise, AL; her father, Harry Lee Hixson, Sr. of Shiloh, GA; four step-daughters, Jessica Ice and Ashley Ice of Belleville, IL; Jasmine Ice of St. Louis, MO; Charlene Massey of Daleville, AL; six step-grandchildren; three sisters, Edith Bell Thomas (George); Barbara Lou Hixson; Pamela Felicia Hixson of Shiloh, GA; three brothers, Harry Lee Hixson, Jr. (Lee); Jerry Earl Hixson of Atlanta, GA; Moses Bernard Hixson of Shiloh, GA; one sister-in-law, Tracey Jones Ice of O’Fallon, IL; one brother-in-law, Johnny Henderson of East Chicago, IN; one uncle, James M. Perryman of Shiloh, GA; one aunt, Mary Ann Holt of Shiloh, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends; her best friend, Patsey Smith of Enterprise, AL.
