Annie Glen Layton of Enterprise, AL passed away, Monday, December 24, 2012 in Flowers Hospital.  She was 73.

      Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, December 28^th at Faith Assembly of God Church with Rev. Huey Anderson officiating.   Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 1:00 P.M. until service time.

      Mrs. Layton was preceded in death by two sons, Michael R. Layton and Jeffery L. Layton, two brothers, Bobby Joe and Joel D. Drinkard.

      Survivors include her husband, Fred C. Layton, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Kimberly Sherling, Daleville, AL; four grandchildren, Courtney Layton, Wicksburg, AL; Liza Layton; Stephanie Sherling; John Sherling, III, all of Daleville, AL; sister, Betty Gean Drinkard, Enterprise, AL.
