MILLEDGEVILLE, GEORGIA . . . Miss Betty Jean Clements, a resident of Milledgeville, Georgia, died Friday morning, December 25, 2015, in the Oconee Regional Medical Center in Milledgeville.  She was 73.

            Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. (C.S.T.) Monday, December 28, 2015, in the Tolbert Baptist Church Cemetery, near Headland, with Reverend Kenneth Hale officiating. The family will receive friends following the graveside services.  Holman-Headland Mortuary &Cremations is in charge of arrangements.

            Miss Clements was born and reared in Columbus, Georgia, daughter of the late Hughie Green Clements and Girlie Elizabeth Taylor Clements. She lived in Milledgeville all her adult lifetime. Miss Clements was preceded in death by a sister, Louette Clements Cooper.

            Surviving relatives include a sister, Sarah Nell Clements Wiggins, Columbus, GA; and a brother, Thomas Lee Clements (Ethel), Ozark, AL;
