Betty Sue Rogers passed away at Extendicare Nursing Home, March 11, 2016.  She is predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Rev. Robert Rogers. Mrs. Rogers is survived by her devoted children, Phenita Hebert (Timothy) and David Rogers (Suzette).  Also surviving are her grandchildren, Chris (Maria) Freed, Candi Freed, Shane Rogers, Megan Mitchell and great grandchildren Chelsea Freed, Michael Freed, Dantrail Pincheon, Aurileo Debose, LilyAnne Freed, Max Freed and Gage Mitchell.  Mrs. Rogers leaves behind two brothers, Jack Jordan, Earl Jordan and five sisters, Dot Maze, Jimmie Mize, Sara Voss, Billie May and Joyce Romeo and their spouses, along with, numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at Ward-Wilson Funeral Home in Dothan, Alabama at 2:00 pm March 14, 2016 with Rev. Jim Smith officiating.  Serving as pallbearers will be Timothy Hebert, Chris Freed, Shane Rogers, Tony Jordan, Terry Jordan and Matt Jordan. The family will receive friends at 1:00 pm.  Graveside services will be held at Bethlehem Assembly of God in Gordon, Alabama
