Casey Leighann Maxwell of Bonifay, FL. passed away Monday, November 17, 2014. She was 18 years old.

Graveside services will be held at 1pm Friday, November 21, 2014 at Pondtown Community Cemetery with Bro. Wade Green officiating and Jimmy Bottoms of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home directing.  The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Geneva.

Survivors include one son, Elijah Buryn; mother, Kelly Jackson; father, John William Maxwell; one brother, John Trey Maxwell; one sister, Amber Maxwell; grandparents, Jack and Melba Kipp, Pate and Cindy Jackson; great-aunt, Kerry Morgan; great-uncle, Eddie (Patricia) Jackson; two nephews, Chevy and Jacobi Hadley; boyfriend, Elliott Grantham; several extended family and friends.
