There are no services scheduled for Mrs. Lowe.

Survivors include her husband, Billy Lowe, Jack, AL; three daughters, Trisha Wilcox, Chestertown, MD; Larissa Rossi, Redding, CA; Kristen Letke, Imlay City, MI; step-daughter, Christie Stephens, Montgomery, AL; son, Mike Lowe, Grayson, GA; sister, Mary Frost, Springfield, CO; seven grandchildren.
