Charles Rush “Chuck” Chaney, Jr. of Enterprise went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, November 23, 2015 from Flowers Hospital.  He was 64.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 27, 2015 at Hillcrest Baptist Church with Dr. Michael Mynatt officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5 – 7 p.m.

Flowers will be accepted, or donations may be made to the Hillcrest Baptist Church Jail Ministry, 500 Alberta Street, Enterprise, AL 36330.

Chuck was born June 5, 1951, in Birmingham, Alabama.  His parents, Charles Rush and Dorothy Jean McLaurin Chaney, preceded him in death.  He was a faithful member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca R. “Becky” Chaney; his children: Darrell Chaney (Liz Miras) and grandchildren, Mason and Austin; Ellen Mickler (Justin) and grandchildren, Aaron, Hayden, Zachery, Autumn, and Leigha; David Chaney; Jessica Haglund (Billy) and grandchildren, Samuel and Madison; Mike Holland, Jr. and grandchildren, Bailey, Olivia, and Wyatt; Shawn Holland (Cassie) and grandchildren, Hannah and Kolben; Kevin Helms (Michelle) and grandchildren, Chloe, Adalyn, and Katelyn; one brother, Lee Chaney; one sister, Sherry Liebert.
