Chester Harold Gay, of Chancellor, passed away on Saturday, May 2, 2015 in Fort Worth, TX, while surrounded by his family.  He was 78.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (110 Shellfield Rd, Enterprise, AL) with Bishop Clubb officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing. 

Chester was born April 4, 1937, in Hacoda, AL, to the late Perry and Sally Gay.

He is survived by three of his children, H. Wriley Gay (Susan), Mary Lynn Tucker (Jason), all of Weatherford, TX, and Jackie Lynn Hall (Dean) of Rigby, ID, eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He will be missed by all.
