Mr. Christopher Ray Shirley of New Brockton passed away Friday, April 8, 2016.  He was 31. 

Memorial services will be held at Hartford Community Church on Saturday, April 16, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Christopher was preceded in death by Carolyn Denise Vasquez (mother), Louzette Mitchum (grandmother), Bob Shirley, Jr. (uncle), and Bob Shirley, Sr. (grandfather).

Survivors include two daughters: Christen Shirley, Gadsden, FL, Caitlyn Shirley,  New Brockton; father and step-mother, John and Martha Shirley, Hartford; three sisters: Ashley Vasquez, TX, Michelle Thomas, TX, and Shelly Lynn Shirley, Hartford; two brothers: Michael Thomas, TX, and Jeremy Pridgen, Hartford; two aunts: Ronda and Greg Barnes, Hartford, and Sandra and Aaron Holland, Vance; one uncle, Mike and Lynn Floyd, Hartford; grandmother, Barbara Shirley, Hartford; great aunts and great uncles; many cousins and friends.
