Claudie Broxson Shirah of Chancellor passed away Thursday, February 4, 2016 in Enterprise Medical Center. She was 97.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Clifton McWhorter officiating. Burial will follow in Eden Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Jimmy Bottoms of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the funeral home.

 

Survivors include her children, Kenneth Wayne Shirah, James “Shorty” Shirah, and Genola Shirah Moring; grandchildren, Anthony and Kerri Shirah, Jamie and Penny Shirah, Stevie and Carla Shirah, and Renee Shirah Thompson; six great-grandchildren.
