Mr. Collis O’Neal “Buddy” Wise died Monday, July 11, 2016.  He was 72.


Funeral Service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, July 14, 2016 in the Chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Donnie Earles officiating.  Burial will follow in the Piney Grove Assembly of God Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 6 until 8 at the Funeral Home.


Mr. Wise was born January 5, 1944 to the late Carl W and Myrtis Parrish Wise in Geneva County Alabama.  He was Methodist Faith.  Buddy was an avid fisherman and hunter.  He was an accomplished wood craftsman.


He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers: James R Wise, Harold E. “Dinky” Wise and sister Merline Wise.


Survivors include his wife of 41 years Catherine Johnson Wise, sister-in-law; Ruth Day Wise, Special co-workers at Brooks Farms who Buddy loved just like family, and a number of special nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in laws.
