Connie Parker Gill, 63, a resident of Hartford passed away Marth 13, 2016.
The family will hold services at 2pm Thursday, March 17, 2016 at the 1st Assembly of God Church with Glenn Tate officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at the church. At all other times, the family will receive friends at the home of Debra and Colon Wilkes.
Connie was born in Griffin, GA on December 12, 1953 and spent most of her life in Hartford, Alabama as a homemaker. Connie was a member of the 1st Assembly of God Church in Hartford.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the 1st Assembly of God Church in Haartford or to St. Judes Hospital.
Connie Parker Gill was preceded in death by her twin sisters, Brenda and Linda Parker; her granddaddy and granny Crawler; her father Aaron Parker (Buck).
Survivors include her husband (soulmate) John R Gill of 35 years; sisters, Debra (Colon) Wilkes of Hartford, Alabama and Rita Burch; her mother, Claira Denton of Georgia; several nieces and nephews; one special niece Deeann (Greg) Tindell of Hartford; one special nephew Joe (Alicia) Booker; several great nieces and nephews, Jordan and Aaron Tindell, Debrajane, Colon Joseph and Jacob Booker.
The family would also like to thank the Gentiva Hospice nurses, aids and everyone that helped Connie. We are so very thankful for you all. The love you showed during this time was greatly appreciated.
