Corena C. Crowley of Sellersville, passed away on Tuesday, September 27, 2016.  She was 85.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 30, 2016, in the chapel of Pittman Funeral Home in Samson with Rev. Jack Chancey, officiating.  Burial will follow at Earlytown Church of Christ Cemetery with Pittman Funeral Home of Samson directing. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Friday beginning at 9:00 a.m.  Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Piney Grove Assembly of God Church. 

Mrs. Crowley was born in Geneva County on November 4, 1930, to the late Calvin and Barbara Ann Cassady.  She was a longtime and faithful member of Piney Grove Assembly of God Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie E. Crowley; son, Terrell Gene Crowley; granddaughter, Angela Hudson; and all eight of her siblings. 

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Carole Crowley of Moss Point, MS; three grandchildren, Carey McCrory, of Helena, MS, Trey McCrory of Vancleave, MS, Brandy Wilson of Helena, MS; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.  Mrs. Crowley was a very hard worker.  She was also a kind, gentle soul who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.  The family would like to offer a special thank you to Danny and Sheila Morgan for their love and kindness throughout the years.
