CW4 (Ret.) Lester Ray Witmer, age 64, of Enterprise, AL passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at his home.

           Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, April 13, 2013 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Matt Albritton officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday at 10:00 A.M.   In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Heritage United Methodist Church, 2911 Rucker Blvd., Enterprise, AL 36330.

           Survivors include his wife, Pat Witmer, Enterprise, AL; three daughters, Michelle Witmer; Shannon Meinert, Tampa, FL; Lisa Witmer, Phoenix, AZ; two sons, Joshua Witmer, Mechanicsburg,  PA; Christopher Witmer, Enterprise, AL; his mother, Alice Harbaugh: two sisters, Wilma Sprenkle; Linda Shatzer; three brothers, Carl Witmer; Roger Witmer; Jim Witmer, all of Chambersburg, PA; two grandchildren, Raistlyn Meinert;  Rhea Meinert, Tampa, FL; several nieces and nephews.
