DEBBIE  FLETCHER  EXUM

DOTHAN…Debbie Fletcher Exum, a resident of Dothan, died unexpectedly early Tuesday morning, April 8, 2014, in the emergency room of a Dothan hospital. She was 57.

            Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Thursday, April 10, 2014, in the Holman-Headland Mortuary Chapel with Pastor Eddie Littlefield officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 until 4:00 P.M. Thursday at the mortuary.

            Debbie Exum was born in Panama City, Florida, and was reared in Ozark and Dothan. She lived in Dothan most of her lifetime. Debbie attended the Harper’s Joy Assembly of God Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Shelby Fletcher, and her mother, Emma Ruth Owens Long.

            Debbie was a devoted wife and mother, and was an especially devoted grandmother to her grandchildren.

            Surviving relatives include her husband, Woodie Exum, two sons, James Brandon Exum (Denise), and Garrett Exum, all of Dothan; a brother, Ronnie Fletcher (Wini), Webb, AL; three grandchildren, Ashlen Exum, Evan Exum, and Keegan Exum; her mother-in-law, Pearl Exum, Cottonwood; a sister-in-law, Ann Boothe (J.Carter Boothe), Bonifay, FL; a niece and a nephew.
