Debi Butler of Enterprise and formerly of Slocomb passed away Monday, April 28, 2014 at Flowers Hospital.  She was 57.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Thursday, May 1, 2014 in the Chapel of Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory of Enterprise with Dr. Michael Mynatt officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5 – 7 pm.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorial donations may be made to Dothan Special Olympics, c/o Dothan Leisure Services, P.O. Box 2128, Dothan, AL 36302.

Ms. Butler was born May 31, 1956 to the late Milton Huey and Patsy Ruth Toms Butler.  She was a 1974 graduate of Slocomb High School.  Following high school, she earned her Associates Degree in Nursing, having worked at both Flowers Hospital and SAMC.  She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Survivors include 2 sons:  Chad McClenny (Cami) of Coffee Springs, AL and Darren Gilley (Andrea) of Holtville, AL; her brother, David Butler (Amy) of Dothan; 3 grandchildren: Chloe and Colton McClenny, and Caitlyn Gilley; and 3 nephews: Garett, Colby, and Graham Butler.
