Debra Ellison Metcalf of Dothan passed away Monday, April 4, 2016 following an extended battle with cancer. She was 63. Though our hearts hold deep sadness at the loss of our loved one, it also holds the blessings of the life we shared and the love that will always be there –part of us.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M. Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Highland Park United Methodist Church with Reverend Clint McBroom officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 P.M. Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Highland Park United Methodist Church.

 

She is preceded in death by her daughter Courtney Metcalf and her parents Floyd L. Ellison and Coleene H. Harper Ellison.

 

She is survived by her granddaughter Emily Metcalf, sister Lori Sellers and aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
