Parker, Donna Lynn Stevens, age 55, passed away on Friday, December 18, 2015.  Mrs. Parker was a resident of Prattville, AL after she and her husband, COL Phillip Parker retired from the U.S. Army. 

Memorial services will be on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Baptist Church, Enterprise, AL followed by a Celebration of Life.  Visitation will be Monday, December 28 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise, AL.  

Donna was born on January 25, 1960 in Macon, GA to Angelyn and Donnie Stevens.  She was raised in Enterprise, AL and attended Enterprise State Junior College. Donna was a substitute teacher in Fayetteville, NC and Prattville, AL.  Donna and her husband were stationed throughout the world to include Ft. Bragg, NC; Ft. Benning, GA, Ft. Leavenworth, KS; Little Rock, AR; and Boblingen Germany.  In addition, they lived in Saudi Arabia. 

Donna enjoyed traveling, reading, photography, animals, estate sales and Lake Martin, AL.  She was a giving and selfless person to her family and friends and was always willing to lend a helping hand.  Donna was always seen with a smile on her face and saw the joy in everything. 

Donna was preceded in death by her Mother, Angelyn Stevens.  

She is survived by her husband Phillip R. Parker of Prattville, AL, her children Matthew Parker and Lindsey Parker of Prattville, AL, her father Donnie (Linda) Stevens of Enterprise, AL, sister Cheri (Mike) Mertins of Pensacola, FL, her parents-in-laws LTG Ellis D (Judy) Parker of Enterprise, AL, brothers-in-law Donald (Ann) Parker of Atlanta, GA and David (Sandy) Parker of Hawaii, and nephews Steven, Tyler, and Justin.
