Edna Pearl Childs of Hartford passed away Sunday, April 17, 2016 in Westside Terrace. She was 91.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Hartford. Burial will follow in Hartford City Cemetery with Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral services at the funeral home. At all other times, the family will be at the home of her daughter, Ginger Fulford, 12949 E. State Highway 52, Hartford, AL.

 

Mrs. Childs was a member of Hartford Baptist Church and was a devout member of the Fidelis Sunday School class.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Childs; parents, Joe and Pearl Davis; granddaughter, Lesley Mock; sisters, Nell Tew, Ruth Still, Norma Stark, and Lucy Calhoon; brothers, Calvin Davis, and Alvin Davis.

 

Survivors include one son, Don Childs of Hartford; four daughters, Ginger Fulford of Hartford, Jo (Bud) Mock of Colquitt, GA., Judy Daniels of Glasglow, KY., and Donna Lee McNees of AR.; grandchildren, Laura (Jon) Chase of Auburn, Ross (Amber) Fulford of Opelika, Ashley (Valarie) Mock of Colquitt, GA., Anderson (Nicole) Fulford of Hartford, and Amee Fulford of Hartford; great-grandchildren, Gracie, Jon Daniel, Leslie Ann, and Emma Kate Chase, Anne Daniel Fulford, Addison Mock, Garrett, Fox, Scotlyn, and Gage Shaw, and Rachel Pass.
