Edward Earl (Bud) Toole, Sr,77,passed away today, September 4, 2015 at the Early Memorial Nursing Home. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015 at 3 PM in the Pine Lawn Gardens Cemetery.  Rev. Sterling Jones officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 2:45 PM.

Bud was born in Blakely, Ga. November 4, 1937 to the late Daniel Burley (Buck) Toole and Edna Earl Lewis Toole. He was a retired Woodyard Supervisor for what was formerly called Great Southern Paper Co. Served in the Air Force and was of Baptist Faith. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Bill Toole and Arthur Toole and by 2 sisters; Thelma Cole and Frances Payne.

Bud is survived by his wife; Brenda Scarborough Toole of Blakely, 2 sons: Edward (Ed) Toole Jr. of Dothan, Al. and Kenneth (Ken) Toole and wife Kim of Valdez, N.C. and by 2 granddaughters; Amelia and Libby Toole. 2 brothers: Dan Toole and wife Barbara of Temple, Ga. and Drake Toole of Woodstock, Ga. 3 sisters: Lottie Alston  and Pat Newberry of Arlington, Ga. and Sue Barksdale and husband Bill of Marietta, Ga. Also by several nieces and nephews.
