GONE TO BE WITH THE LORD

 

Mr. Elmer Edward Sanders, 73, a resident of Dothan (formerly of Winter Haven, Florida) died Monday, November 19 , 2012 after an extended illness.

 

Mr. Sanders will be buried at Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Polk City, Florida.  The time and date of the Memorial service will be announced at a later date.

 

Mr. Sanders was born on November 18, 1939 in Lakeland, FL the son of the late Bernis Elmer and Ethel Francis Sanders.  He retired from the construction industry where he work as a pipe fitter. 

 

Survivors include: daughters - Teresa Chapman (James); Pamela Hicks (Stevie); Shannon Sanders; son - Tony Sanders (Joanne); 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
