Elvis Adrian Caskey, Jr. passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016, at the age of 81 at Medical Center Enterprise with his family at his bedside. 

Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Reverends Larry Doster and Louie Reynolds officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral home directing.  

The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home with services immediately following visitation.  Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to your favorite charity. 

Mr. Caskey was born September 14, 1934, in Petersburg, Indiana.  He lived in Vincennes, Indiana until he entered the Army in 1953 and was sent to Ft. Sill, Oklahoma.  From there he was sent to Ft. Rucker, Alabama where he met and married his wife of 60 years, Sarah Annette Hatcher Caskey.  Upon his discharge in 1956, he worked for the maintenance contractor at Ft. Rucker for four years and then worked for Civil Service for 31 years.  Upon his retirement from Civil Service in 1991, he immediately went to work for Shell Service Station in Enterprise, after which, he began driving for Mitchell-Nissan, Hyundai and Mazda dealerships. 

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Sarah Annette Hatcher (Ann) Caskey; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Michael Caskey and wife Bonnie of Enterprise; Mark Caskey of Huntsville, Alabama; two granddaughters, Sarah (Ryan) Adams of Manchester, Tennessee; Caroline Caskey of Dothan, Alabama; two sisters, Kay Jones (Wayne) Sandwich Illinois; Betty Jo Jackson, Lehigh Acres, Florida and several nieces and nephews.
