Mrs. Felecia Frances Childree Cortes of Paducha, Kentucky and formerly of Ozark, passed away August 24, 2016. She was 56.

Funeral services will be 2:00PM Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Bethel United Methodist Church with Dr. Billy Gaither officiating and Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home of Ozark directing.

The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to services.

Felecia was a native of Ozark and graduated from Carroll High School. She later relocated to Paducha, Kentucky, where she owned and operated her own business. She loved to ride motorcycles. She also enjoyed gardening and camping. She loved her dogs as well as the many friends she made along the way.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jimmie Childree.

Surviving family include her husband, Tom Cortes; son, Andrew Snyder (Courtney); mother, Jean Childree; sister, Cecelia Jernigan (Jay Money); brothers, Tony Childree (Vickie) , and James Childree. Grandchildren Kody Snyder and Kaydence Snyder. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
