Florence S. Chapman of Bonifay, FL passed away on Monday, October 10, 2016 at Flowers Hospital. She was 79.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 13, 2016 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with the Rev. Mitch Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Home Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Mrs. Chapman was born in Cedar Keys, FL on March 28, 1937 to the late Charles and Glennie Ingram. Mrs. Chapman was a God fearing woman, who never meet a stranger and was always willing to help anyone in need. She was a loving mother and grandmother, who will be deeply missed by all.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded death by her husband, Broward Lee Chapman; one grandson, Lance Olmstead; four sisters, Mary Davis, Bertha Morgan, Matalee Hodge, and Vernie Ingram; two brothers, Gene and Nelson Ingram.   

She is survived by three sons, Broward Ray Chapman (Teresa)  of Bonifay, FL, Curtis Chapman (Brenda) of Bonifay, FL, and Mark Chapman of Westville, FL; two daughters, Virgina Smith and Tammy Phillips (Wally) all of Bonifay, FL;  two sisters, Edith Sistrunk and Obie Brady. 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; five great - great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
