Frances Lucile Byrd, age 85 of Enterprise, AL passed away Friday, April 15, 2016 in Enterprise.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Sunday, April 17, 2016 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Jim Webb officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday beginning at 1:00 P.M.  Memorial Contributions may be made to Enterprise Primitive Baptist Church, % Joyce Moore, 608 Dale County Road 446, Enterprise, AL 36330

Mrs. Byrd was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Byrd.

Survivors include her daughter, Karen Purvis (Mike); her son, Donnie Byrd (Mary); three grandsons, Brent Purvis (Lynn); Brian Byrd (Amy); Kevin Byrd; four great-grandchildren, Connor and Ashlyn Purvis; Tristan and Sabrina Byrd; a sister, Helen Miller (Alex) all of Enterprise; brother, Jerry Yelverton, Level Plains; sister-in-law, Dot Yelverton, Level Plains; numerous nieces and nephews.
