George F. Judson of Clayhatchee, AL passed away Sunday, May 3, 2015 at his home.  He was 78.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 7, 2015, at Providence Baptist Church with Rev. Chad Hixson officiating.  Burial will follow in Providence Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory of Daleville directing.  The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 10:00 AM until service time.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to:  Providence Baptist Church Building Fund, 10 Providence Lane, Daleville, AL  36322.

Mr. Judson was preceded in death by his son, Robert Judson; 2 grand-children, Derrick Judson and Delana Thompson; 1 great-grandchild, Delonte Davis; sister, Judith Hope Knight; brother, William Judson.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Reba Jean Judson, Clayhatchee, AL; 2 daughters, Lorri Colón (Robert), Las Vegas, NV, Danita Thompson (Donnie), Clayhatchee, AL; 4 sons, Rick Floyd, Sr. (Tammy), Crestview, FL, Randy Floyd (Lisa), Panama City Beach, FL, Matthew Floyd (Stephanie) Austin, TX, Richard Judson, Clayhatchee, AL; 24 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
